This program builds the skills and knowledge needed to work safely and effectively in accommodation housekeeping, covering workplace health and safety, guest housekeeping services, and the cleaning and preparation of rooms to a professional standard.
Grounds & Facilities Maintenance
This program builds the skills and knowledge needed to work safely and effectively in accommodation grounds and facilities maintenance, covering workplace health and safety, general grounds care, and the monitoring of pool water quality to regulatory standards.
Introduction to Accommodation Industry (including holiday parks)
Provides an introduction to key areas involved in running a successful accommodation venue. You will explore everything from guest services and property management to financial basics, workplace safety, team leadership, and sustainable operations. By the end, you will have a solid foundation in what it takes to work effectively in the accommodation industry.
