Andrew Jenkins
Andrew is a highly accomplished executive leader with a strong background in strategic operations, governance, and disaster resilience across both state government and defence sectors. With three decades of experience, he has held leadership roles in the NSW Government, focusing on recovery and resilience programs, infrastructure coordination, and community preparedness.
His career highlights include managing multimillion-dollar recovery programs, leading regional disaster response initiatives, and driving continuous improvement across teams and agencies.
A former firefighter and fulltime soldier and now as a serving Army Reservist, Andrew brings a unique blend of operational leadership, stakeholder engagement, and program delivery expertise, underpinned by numerous qualifications in leadership, risk management, and public safety.
Jonathan Gueudinot
Jonathan is a veteran, program manager, and training professional with over 20 years of experience across elite military operations, corporate leadership, and social impact work.
A former Petty Officer Clearance Diver and counter-terrorism operator with the Royal Australian Navy, Jonathan has led teams in high-stakes environments worldwide. Since transitioning to civilian life, he has applied that same discipline to roles in logistics management, veteran support consulting, and neurodiverse employment programs.
Holding an MBA and multiple professional certifications, Jonathan is a lifelong learner with a passion for helping others — particularly veterans finding their footing in the civilian world.
Sally Limpyer
Choosing a career in administration turned out to be one of my best decisions—it opened the door to a varied and rewarding working life.
From supporting students and thriving in the buzz of a busy consulting firm, to managing memberships for small associations, and eventually discovering my passion for recruitment, it’s been quite a journey.
For many years, I worked at a boutique agency focused on permanent and temporary recruitment within the accommodation and travel sector—holiday parks, motels, and independent living communities. No two days were ever the same, and juggling multiple roles was all part of the fun.
I love hearing people’s stories and helping them take the next step in their careers. For me, it’s about building real connections—not just filling roles. That same passion continues here at Reinforce Solutions.

Andre Bressan
Andre’s career has been in finance and capital markets for the past 20 years, with the most recent 7 years in the property and tourism industries.
He served as CFO in his family business owning and operating caravan parks and also as COO of the venture backed hospitality technology platform Airservice.
He has a deep understanding of the financial and operational demands of the caravan park industry.
Dominic Bressan
Dominic has 25 years’ senior experience across the Australian property and tourism industries.
As CEO of his family business he led the acquisition, development, and management of several caravan parks and has a multifaceted understanding of the industry.
He also co-founded and led international hospitality technology platform Airservice, partnering with a wide range of hospitality and tourism providers around the world.
Chris Moss
Chris boasts two decades of leadership experience, spanning military service and various industries.
He’s navigated war zones and high-tech organisations, holding a belief that the right balance of products, objectives, empowered teams, and resource allocation can make any business profitable. Currently, Chris is the Co-founder & Chairman of BMCorp and serves as the CEO of FrontLine Australia.
Matt Williams
With over 25 years of experience in destination marketing and tourism development, Matt is a dedicated tourism professional.
For the past 17 years, he has run a successful tourism consultancy, specialising in caravan and camping, offering pragmatic and sustainable business advice to clients in both the private and public sectors across Australia.
Matt oversees 3 caravan parks in regional New South Wales and Queensland, and manages an additional park in Victoria.
Mick Moss
Mick brings over a decade of experience in Corporate Finance, with a strong focus on strategy development and project management.
Most recently as the Commercial Manager for a Veteran owned and operated service delivery business. Mick has a passion for the outdoors and enjoys spending his free time camping and fishing.
