Training to Succeed & Retain
Reinforce has worked with Australia’s best park employers to select relevant nationally accredited training components, the added desired skills competencies, as well as industry and employer specific modules to create a truly bespoke one-of-a-kind course tailored to your specific needs.
More than training, Reinforce utilises state-of-the-art training systems and methodology, while mentoring and supporting individuals through their journey, even after placement.
Reinforce conducts a training needs analysis with the employer to design bespoke elements of a training package.
Using the Reinforce eLearning digital platform, individuals complete training modules from home, to reduce time away and costs, and enable self-paced learning. eLearning designed specifically to the employer needs.
Training facilitated by Reinforce, attended face-to-face by individuals. Utilising expert Trainers and Assessors, many whom are Veterans or Ex-Emergency Services themselves. All assessments able to be completed during this phase will be included.
Employer supervisors will be provided a log in to the Assessment App, where they can digitally sign observation of demonstrated skills. This reduces offsite training time once all Units of Competency
are signed off, the individual will receive their nationally accredited certificates.
Reinforce maintains a mentoring relationship to the individual through their probation. Mentoring provides full-spectrum support including wellness, training, and career support. This reinforces success and increases retention rates, whilst supporting Veteran and Ex-Emergency Service individuals through their journey.
Reinforce provides opportunities for continuation and advancement training to individuals. This includes preparing for higher duties, role changes, and general enhancement for individuals.
Reinforce works with park employers to create a bespoke, one-of-a-kind course that melds pre-existing Veteran and Ex-Emergency Service skill sets with nationally recognised qualifications, and industry specific modules tailored to their needs.
