Succeed & Retain
Our Reinforce Solutions Park Manager Course qualifies trainees to take up roles in holiday parks nationwide in Park Management, Assistant Management, and Caretaker roles.
Combining our knowledge of the park industry garnered through more than 15 years of park ownership, along with a detailed training analysis with input from leading park providers, Reinforce Solutions created a bespoke, Registered Training Organisation (RTO) compliant course that delivers 15 Units Of Competency (UOC) of nationally recognised skills.
Far more than just a Cert IV
This Course harnesses the pre-existing skills of the Veteran and ex-Emergency Service cohort and builds on this foundation with industry-specific knowledge, systems, and qualifications.
Conducted over ten days at an award-winning park in SE Qld, the Park Manager Course includes subject matter expert briefs from current park staff, RMS or Newbook IT training, and a complete Advanced First Aid Course, in conjunction with the core Park Management modules.
Reinforce Solutions proudly provides our Park Manager course fully funded for our Veteran and ex-Emergency Service trainees, as well as accommodating them onsite whilst they attend the course.
Reinforce Solutions delivers nationally recognised training/qualification in proud partnership with Klepper Training Academy (RTO ID 45075).
An introduction to each key module of learning, completed before the course starts to assist in orienting the trainee to the park industry.
An extensive bespoke module designed by Reinforce Solutions that educates the trainee on the history of the park industry in Australia, the peak bodies in the industry, and an overview of parks and management.
With an HR focus, trainees refresh customer service, cultural, and conflict management in the context of a Park Manager, with learning and scenarios from real-life park situations.
Detailed park management learning including financial management, governance, policies, sustainable work practices, and RMS or Newbook training, contextualised specifically to parks.
Blending theory and practical learning, trainees qualify for extensive housekeeping and groundskeeping components, including WHS considerations, pool maintenance, gas management, and reception services.
Refreshing pre-existing high-level skills in emergency management, trainees are re-qualified in Advanced First Aid, as well as risk management.
