Start your journey in the holiday parks industry

  • Complete the EOI form to register your interest.
  • A Reinforce Solutions team member will call you to discuss your application and assess your eligibility.
  • You will be notified of your successful application, and receive an enrolment email.
  • Our training partner Klepper Training Academy will facilitate issuing you the eLearning module, and assist with any pre-course admin.
  • Reinforce Solutions staff will confirm accommodation and other logistics arrangements for your attendance.
  • Upon enrolment, you will receive an eLearning pre-reading module. This is to provide an overview of learning modules and best prepare you for the next phase.
  • You will attend a 10-day face-to-face theory and practical course, with all assessments conducted during the 10 days.
  • The 10 days will involve classroom learning, with extensive hands-on practical learning in a live holiday park setting.
  • The training is designed with your experience, skills, and qualifications in mind – it is an adult learning environment, with active questioning and experiential sharing taking the place of slideshow presentations.
  • You will be provided accommodation on-site for the duration of the course, with lunches included.
  • Upon completion, you will be issued your Nationally Accredited Certificate, and Reinforce Solutions staff will work with you to source placement solutions suited to your preferences.
  • Reinforce Solutions has strong connections nationwide in the holiday park industry, with employment offers frequently issued by park operators.
  • Using your preferences, our team engage our partners to source employment opportunities.
  • The Reinforce Solutions staff create a complete HR pack for your applications – with our understanding of service, we write a brief that translates your service experience and skills into digestible skills and attributes, and explains how these translate into the Park Manager role.
  • Our team will issue this HR pack, along with your resume directly to our recruitment team partners, and we advocate for your employment.
  • If the employer wishes to proceed, we will assist in the interview process and issuing of an employment offer.
  • Once in a role in a park, Reinforce Solutions remains connected to you to offer our Giving Back Program support, which includes connection to healthcare providers, home service support, crisis support, and DVA claim advocacy.
Reinforce Solutions proudly provides our Park Manager course fully funded for our Veteran and ex-Emergency Service trainees, as well as accommodating them onsite whilst they attend the course.
